• Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location
• Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
• Contacts suppliers regarding shortages and condition of materials and equipment received
• Assigns, monitors, coordinates and participates in the shipping and receiving items
• Inventory Management
• Knowledge of basic buying and purchasing practices
• Time Management
• Written & Communication Skill ( Arabic & English )
• Be system proficient with hands on experience on MS Office applications
• Preparation of Trial Balance, Income statement and Balance Sheet

• Investigating Issues & Evaluating Problems
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (MS Excel)
