A. Office Assistance

– Maintain a proper filling system

– Typing Arabic and English letters

– Handle Injaz info e-mails

– Answer phone calls

– Printing needed forms (Registration forms, pre and post evaluation forms and any needed documents)

– Assist in food,materiel and supply delivery to the session

– Send Thank you emails to all parties participated in the program

– scan and file documents

– Handle office consumable and stationary

B. Fundraising back office

– Proposal typing and filing contracts

– Follow up on payments and update Data

C. Program Assistance

– Handle program data entry (pre and post assessment )

– Manage, organize and update relevant data ( contracts, MOU…) and maintain a proper filing system
