Area Manager – Paris Group
• Responsible for the efficient implementation and monitoring of Outlet Sales activities in compliance with the systems, structures, standards, policies and procedures of the Company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the Department Head in developing Sales Plans and brief the marketing department on required promotional campaigns.
• Assist in leading the Sales Department to set individual objectives, manage performance, develop and motivate sales staff.
• Develop sales policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent application and ease of sales operations.
• Lead and manage the continuous review and improvement of Sales practices taking into account “international best practice”,
• Ensure all sales activity, planning and execution are at the highest level
• Ensure the sales objectives set by the management are achieved
• Provide market place feedback
• Develop an account management process to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness in the operation.
• Contribute in developing offer stocks pricing strategy.
• Ensure the member of the sales team are fully aware of all the courses and benefits being offered.
• Ensure to operate and promote a culture of best practice in all they do.
• Understand the regional market, assigned and ensure to offer the best proposition in the marketplace under the direction and consultation with the Department Head.
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
