– Financial and Management Reporting
– Preparation & implementation of Strategic financial planning and budgeting and variance analysis.
– Suggestions on business planning and new market/corporate penetration.
– Supervise routine operations in Finance.
– CAPEX reviews.
– Cash Flow Management Skills
– Conduct P&L Review Meetings
– Manage Tax issues
– Implement policies
– Work with senior teams to grow the businesses formulating strategies and plans
– Cash management and Treasury matters
– Overall control of all financial transactions and accountancy matters, including audit systems.
– Presentation and submission of monthly and annual accounts with recommendations.
– Approve payroll cycle processing and related filings.
– Initial-daily GC reports
– Coordinate all financial audits by outside concerns
– Prepare supporting work sheets for assets, liabilities accounts
– Risk management.
– Train and develop team.
