Business Manager- International Sales – Bayt.com

The purpose of the role is to acquire new employers and grow revenue from the international marketplace through a combination of inbound and outbound sales generation, that achieves no less than 30% YOY growth.

To achieve this, here are some of the responsibilities of the role:

SYSTEMIZE – PLAN/ BUDGET:

Build out a lead generation plan that improves sales funnel activities by 30% YOY.

Prepare a B2B action plan to drive and capture inbound leads from international employers.

Strategize new territories of employers in new markets that have the potential to grow through outbound lead acquisition.

Plan a lead generation pipeline that captures inbound leads

Track monthly sales and accurately forecast sales for a rolling 90-day advance period. Review the pipeline of deals for entire office and get involved where necessary & by prioritizing by size and complexity,

Review P & L of the office and maintain effective budget control of sales expenses,

Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, competition, market trend, etc.

DOCUMENT:

Participate in preparation of materials that clearly outline the processes and systems and ensure timely dissemination of the materials. The documentation will include materials that may be utilized for sales, sales training, on-boarding, coordinating, and ensuring accountability,

Actively use and drive team usage of available materials. Contribute new updates and modules and encourage team contribution as well.

HUMANIZE – HIRE:

Be an active participant in direct staffing;

Take a leadership role in assessments, interviews, and talent management to ensure that the sales team grows in line with hiring plan and company salary scales. Ensure Sales Team is made up of “A” players,

Coordinate and work with the HR department for Orientation and Induction of new joiners.

TRAIN:

Train new sales employees as per the Bayt Sales process,

Mentor and guide the Unit Manager. Analyze and organize relevant training sessions for the Unit Manager at regular intervals,

Analyze training needs of employees by conducting double meetings and organize training sessions leveraging top performers and in house company training material.

MENTOR:

Maintain a continual dialogue with your team focused on growing their capabilities and on promoting personal and professional growth within the organization,

EXECUTE – SET MUTUALLY AGREED OBJECTIVES:

Ensure commitment from each of your team members as to their SMART sales goals and the process to achieving these objectives.

MONITOR PERFORMANCE:

Attend daily huddles to get team commitments in terms of efficiency and effectiveness matrices,

Work with and guide the Unit Manager to confirm new employees within the designated 3 months or even less,

Ensure consistent and increasing productivity of confirmed staff,

Conduct a weekly coordination with the Regional Sales Manager on minimum performance metrics for all sales staff and plan for the next week (DSR).

MAINTAIN ACCOUNTABILITY:

Ensure appropriate reward and penalty systems for those whose performance meet or exceed expectations and those who fall short respectively,

Apply these systems fairly and in a timely manner.

SET CONTINGENCY:

Maintain alternative plans that take account of potential issues (staff, market, or other) to ensure timely achievement of goals.

INNOVATE – LEARN:

Invest time in studying and thinking about new and improved methodologies for achieving objectives. Email learning to the entire office and share success stories on forums,

ASSESS:

Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs. Keep personal contact with customers for feedback and audit sales process for inevitable change,

DEVELOP:

Lead work groups, forums and an environment for innovation and ensure the project management thereof.
