Call Center/Customer Support Manager (Stock Market Application)

For a company highly specialized in research and development working on brand new, patented financial software applications, with main office in Jeddah, KSA, and call center in Egypt.
You will be requested to Perform and Manage technical support/ call center for a special product dealing with stock and financial markets analysis, using technical, fundamental and other research techniques and methodologies. Also being responsible for customer support, helping the clients to best utilize the product and train the client whenever required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1- Help in preparing white papers about the product.
2- Help in creating practical scenarios using the product.
3- Assist in business research and development.
4- Participate in the client training and awareness of the product features
5- Help in responding to clients inquires and resolve any difficulties they might face using the product.
