Call Centre Agent – AMAL AL KUWAIT

Job Purpose:
– Responsible for answering incoming calls, actively listening to customers, providing information, troubleshooting and resolving customer problems and concerns regarding the bank’s products or services and retaining customers relationships.
The essential duties and responsibilities for this position are as follows:
– Answers customer calls and offers assistance with respect to products and services
• Identifies products or services that meet with the customer needs in order to cross sell / up sell where relevant
• Undertakes activity in accordance with the Call Centre procedures for the fulfillment of Call Centre process
• Works in shifts according to the Call Centre schedule
