Charmian Office Assistant/Secretary (Female)

Undertake the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office, assist Charmian office supporting them with planning and distributing information, understand the level of responsibility that she will be entrusted with, She will be one of the team under Charmian Office and should have the ability to work in a team and to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with the ability to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. From time to times, she may have to deal directly with the Chairman and the CEO.
Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Make travel arrangements.
Document expenses and hand in reports.
