Collection Executive – Azizi Developments

• Ensure payments are keyed on to the system correctly and promptly.
• All records are to be kept in order and easy to access.
• Process weekly reviews with the Account Managers to clarify the problems faced by collections team.
• Pay customer visits to resolve payment issues (if required).
• Check and ensure that all cheques and bank remittances are banked daily.
• Monitor accounts constantly to identify any potential bad debt.
• Act as a point of reference for account managers and customers.
• Send reminder letters on a timely manner as per the company’s policy.
• Should be good in performing complex backup & recovery tasks, collection and customer life cycle management.
• Meeting the Collection targets & adhering the SPA
• Focus on early bucket & due date collections performance
• Should be a team player
