Commi / waiter

Commi:
· Ensure to represent the restaurant
image to the highest level of professionalism at all times.
· Maintain clear communications with the head chef /chef de partie, including all relative
internal communications.
· Abide to all hygiene/safety procedures as per the hygiene program of the restaurant.
· Monitor Kitchen maintenance and report any defects of operating equipment to Head Chef.
· Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentation in order to maintain
standards of quality in production and presentation.
Waiter:
· Responsible for the cleanness and correctness of the table settings.
· Greet and seat guests, present the
menu, up sale specials of the week and take orders accordingly and efficiently.
· Monitor and arrange the table set-up
before each meal in the Dining area and ensures a high standard of service.
· Present bills; accept payments and process invoices using the POS system.
· Maintain and oversee staff appearance in
terms of grooming, hygiene, cleanliness of uniforms and shoes.
