Compliance Officer – Sokouk Holding Company
• Developing, implementing and maintaining a healthy Compliance environment for the holding company and its subsidiaries. This includes but not limited to drafting policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain a framework to ensure that generic compliance risks arising in the business operations and products are identified and addressed properly in the correspondent country.
• Develop/deliver adequate appropriate training programs to enhance Compliance awareness in consultation with the Compliance Manager.
• Be involved in identifying changes in regulations and standards and assess the impact on business operations.
• Provide a proactive and consultative advisory service to staff on compliance related issues.
• Conduct compliance monitoring and reporting activities in accordance with the business unit compliance monitoring and reporting program
• Investigates incompliance with regulatory requirements and provides recommendations on the appropriate action.
• Consults with the Compliance Manager when needed to rectify the consequences of a material violation or illegal act.
• Monitors and coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends.
