Construction Manager – Specialized Industrial Services Co. LTD (SISCO)
•Assist in developing the project budget by preparing analysis and data related to project specification.
•Contribute in the planning, scheduling & cost control and also ensure that projects are completed within time & budget & submitting project schedule tov the client for approval.
•Ensure the implementation of Project Planning, Control & Monitoring tools/techniques and periodic progress and financial reviews with the senior management.
•Manage site mobilization and demobilization to ensure all resources, including manpower, and site preparations and logistics are organized.
•Coordination with Client/ Inter Department/ Vendors for all construction related matters.
•Ensure optimum utilization of the resources to avoid extra cost.
•Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable in terms of both scope and schedule for all team members.
•Preparing look ahead plans to closely monitor time schedule and milestones.
•Ensure timely submission of invoices as per contractual agreement.
•Adhere to company safety and quality standards and promote safety culture among all the team members.
•Building & strengthen relations with current and potential clients and getting enquiry/knowledge about future upcoming projects in order to generate new business & grow the organization’s performance.
•Responsible to create performance based and cost-conscious culture with the prime focus of best service delivery to clients and enhanced profitability of the projects.
•Conducting delay progress review meeting with construction teams, identifying bottlenecks, and proactively removing them.
