Contracts Administrator – Muhibbah Engineering Middle East L.L.C.

1. Contract Administrator provides support to all site functions protecting the company’s interests by producing quality correspondence, reports and claims and providing sound contractual advice on technical and contractual matters. Contract Administrator reports to and is supported by Contract Manager.
2. Drafts correspondence to Engineer and subcontractors.
3. Monitors correspondence schedules to ensure incoming correspondence is addressed as necessary.
4. Provides contractual support to technical teams and reviews outgoing documents for contractual issues.
5. Attends meetings with Engineer, subcontractors and suppliers as necessary for contractual matters. Prepares of minutes/records of meetings and follows up on actions required to ensure company performance meets expectations.
6. Prepares claims and compiles of data and records for contractual claims under guidance of Contract Manager.
7. Reviews of claims submitted by subcontractors.
8. Monitors & records of contractual obligations in relation to bonds, insurances to ensure compliance by subcontractor and MEME.
9. Monitors subcontractor payment applications to ensure responses within contractual time scales.
