Customer Care Agent – Faith Capital Holding

• Answering inbound calls and Interact with customers to provide the necessary help while using service.
• Liaise and coordinate with Service Provider to resolve customer issues
• Interact with customers through chat and emails.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the admin tools and ticketing system.
• Perform outbound calls to follow up with customers and service providers
• Conduct courtesy outbound calls to customers to ensure their satisfaction
• Live Monitoring of the orders to ensure that the Service provider is following the KPIs set by the operations
• All call information according to standard operating procedures
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives
