CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER

Main purpose of job
To provide comprehensive support to customers in the use of company
products and to respond to any difficulties encountered by them.
Main responsibilities
1. Provide training and support to customers in the use of company
products so that they derive the maximum benefit from these.
2. Provide training in company products to company staff and
retailers to increase their sales effectiveness.
3. Oversee the provision of help desk support to customers experiencing
difficulties with company products.
4. Pass any customer comments on products to research and development
staff to enable them to identify any potential improvements
in products.
5. Attend exhibitions to demonstrate company products.
6. Attend product launches to provide information and support in
relation to those products.
7. Conduct presentations to existing and potential customers in
support of the sales and marketing functions.
8. Recommend to sales and marketing and research and development
staff any identified market needs for new or enhanced
products.
