Customer Service Executive – Emirates Driving Institute

– Meet and greet the customer (information and registration)
– Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and ask open ended questions to provide course information based on the customers' requirements
– Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;suggesting information about other products and services
– Do maximum number of registrations by providing prompt information to the customer
– Provide the customers with registration form, receipt, permits, contracts, folders, book lectures, training and other required materials
– For students who come only to enquire about the course enter their details in the customer follow up form to ensure proper follow up that encourages customers to register
– Filling all registration forms for audit purposes
– Follow the Standard Operation Procedure of all tasks mentioned
