Customer Service Representative – Commercial Bank of Kuwait

-The Customer Service Representative is using the Bank's multiple communication systems to answer all customer inquiries and provide necessary support for Bank's services/products.

-Answering all types of customers' inquiries.

-Maintain service quality – (CBK greeting, name, proper answers, polite and proactive response and cross selling).

-Ensure accuracy of the information provided to customers, request support from Team Leader if required.

-Make out-bound calls as instructed (calls back and out-bound campaigns, etc).

-Receive lost/stolen cards calls and process to add those cards in 'Stop List'. Prepare a report to deliver it to Team Leader for review.

-Follow-up customer's service issues, reported during calls. Provides proper feedback.

-Participate actively in training and supporting new Agents.
