Customer service representative (Kuwaiti National)

General Purpose

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Receive prospective customers at counters, attend to their queries, and solicit account relationships. Receive necessary documents to establish account relationships, various types of accounts serviced by the branch and establish relationship and required accounts for the customer.

• Arrange daily meetings with high potential customers in order to achieve the given target

• Receive their requests for Cheque Books, ATM Cards and other banking services like Visa Credit cards.

• Handle customer requests for placements of Time Deposits and issue of Demand Drafts, Swift Transfers.

• Communicate with Treasury to obtain better rates on Fixed Deposits, exchange rates on Money Transfers.

• Process financial transactions relating the above on Financial System

• Comply with Central Bank regulations on Customers under black list for Return of Cheques for INS and other black lists.

• Follow up on all daily, weekly and monthly reports to prepare necessary management information reports on branch services, customer satisfaction surveys, product enhancements and launching of new products.

• Any other job assignments relating customer service and cash that may be assigned from time to time.

• Protecting the Bank Reputation from ML and Compliance risks by being vigilant, adopting security measures recommended and ensuring compliance with all procedure and ensure proper KYC is completed

• Responsible for Customer Service involving Opening of Account Relationships, Opening of Accounts, create new portfolio, maintaining of relationship details and extending services in order to achieve the yearly target including initiation processes for issue and delivery of Cheques books, ATM cards, Credit Cards and other products.

• Responsible for extending highest level of customer service to achieve the best results.
