CUSTOMER SERVICES DIRECTOR

Main purpose of job
To direct and control the Customer Services Department to ensure
delivery of products and services which meet customers’ requirements
and achieve business targets in accordance with the company’s
corporate strategy.
Main responsibilities
1. Direct and control the staff of the department to ensure that they
are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their
responsibilities to the required standards.
2. Develop and implement a customer service strategy which provides
total customer satisfaction and meets corporate objectives.
3. Develop and implement the department’s budget to ensure that
all business objectives are attained.
4. Oversee the department’s finances to ensure that all revenue,
profit and cost targets are met.
5. Develop and implement all necessary processes and procedures
to ensure the achievement of high productivity with world-class
quality processes and continuous improvement.
6. Identify and implement new working processes to improve the
efficiency, effectiveness and quality of products and services.
7. Research and identify new business opportunities to ensure
sustained growth.
8. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key
customers to develop more business opportunities.
9. Negotiate major contracts for the company to maximize profit
margins.
