Executive Assistant – Spectrum Talent Management

Administrative & Secretarial Work Processing Schedules appointments, coordinates travel and accommodation arrangements and produces related documents as required (e.g. booking itinerary).
Issues standard letters and faxes on departmental related issues.
Acts as a receptionist for visitors and callers ensuring cordial hospitality to all visitors.
Undertakes routine clerical activities and conducts additional research when necessary to support on-going business operations.
Liaises externally to clarify facts and resolve queries or problems.l Screens incoming mail and telephone calls and any other correspondence.
Maintains all legal and governmental contacts that relate to the activities of the Legal department and reaches them during emergency or non – emergency situations as required.
Designs and maintains appropriate filing and data retrieval systems in order to ensure ease of access to required information/documents at all times.
Continuous Development of Position
Conducts research on administrative/clerical best practices. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and bench marking professional standards relating to ADMIN/clerical work.
