1. Should have ability to prepare/perform as per international, Lebanese & Mexican cuisines.
2. Ability to create innovative recipes, different menu ideas.
3. Ability to perform as per food, quality, health hygiene procedures.
4. Should have knowledge about quality control measures.
5. Ability to run operation of central kitchen for fast food chain restaurants.
6. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment, using various kitchen utensils and equipment.
7. Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.
8. Coordinate and supervise work of kitchen staff.
9. Consult with supervisory staff to plan menus, taking into consideration factors such as costs and special event needs.
10. making sure food is of the right quality and price and is produced on time.
11. Maintain & manage stock of food.
12. Training and developing staff.
13. Overall responsibility for daily operations in the central kitchen.
