HR & Admin Assistant (WoS) – ACTED

Assignment:
HR & Admin Assistant is in charge of assist of implementing HR tasks including a administration activities under the supervision of HR Manager should carry out the following duties:
General Responsibilities
– Serve under the direction of the HR Manager to process and properly document daily HR activities.
– Assist in processing of employee attendance
sheets into a routine
– Organize and participate in interviews.
– Responsible for tracking annual leave days.
– Responsible for ensuring HR files and documentation of all staff are accurate and up to date.
– Assist in the sorting and filing of resumes, recording of applications received.
– Support FLAT in terms of compliance with ACTED procedures.
– Preparation of payslips for Finance.
– Ensure all guesthouses are managed and cleaned.
– Support HR Manager on work permits for international staff and dealing with legal follow-up
– Responsible for tracking new employees, welcome packages and arranging ID cards.
– Responsible for delivering items, mails and welcoming visitors.
– Any other assignment by the supervisor or any translation tasks as required
