HR & Admin Supervisor – MESC

• Ensure application of all HR policies & regulations in a consistent manner and insisting that all employees
follow the required Country’s labor law/ Company/health & safety legal guidelines without deviation.
• Ensured practical employee support, Employee relations, Performance procedures & cases & disciplinary
actions and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Managing all aspects of workforce payrolls for the staff working in MEA Region i.e. Data collection (Time
cards, Expense Claims), data checking & verification, processing, disbursement as per above each country’s
labour Law.
• Administer compensation & benefits per each regional Law and employment contracts, probations
period, Increments/promotions. Final settlement calculation (Gratuity/EOSB & Leave encashment).
• People Management, Data Entry Management, staff supervision and communicate expected goals from
them and organizational
• Supervise subcontractors and support Finance team for financial projections, audits reports, monthly
closing, project costing & reconciliations.
• Developed & implement HR & payroll guidelines, and implemented HRMS.
• Ensure all government and regulatory requirements are met by maintaining accurate records.
• Support Finance team for financial projections, audits reports, monthly closing, project costing..
• Backing recruitment team for searching, interviewing and screening candidates worldwide.
• Aligned the Company Leave Management System through comprehensive Leave Management Policy and
thorough communication to the concerned departments.
• Saved cost to the company through cost cutting initiatives like negotiations with recruitment agencies,
introducing ticket encashment by setting sector budgets, encouraging in-house recruitments.
• Prepared new and updated current company policies and procedures by providing employees with
“Employee Handbook” covering all company policies and procedures.
• Streamlined Company Ticket Management by introducing Ticket Encashment for each nationality saving
time and cost to the company.
• Successfully completed Employee Personnel Files Project as per the requirements of the External Audits.
• Successfully managed all other External Audits for HR Department.
