HR ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – Ramtha – Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) – Holland

HR Administration Assistant is responsible for assisting the Log Admin/FinHR Manager in all human resources tasks, including administrative duties for national staff.
• Ensure proper follow-up on all HR administration related to national staff.
• Responsible for all correspondences and filing of administrative documents.
• Help preparing letters to local authorities.
• Enter all necessary information into HR software.
• Administrative supervision of employment contracts.
• Responsible for the pay roll for national staff including all data collection off all necessary variable data for pay slips.
• Organize and support the employees recruitment process at all stages.
• Cover the Finance Assistant role in absent.
** Basic Salary is One thousand, one hundred and three Jordanian Dinars.
** 4 Months contract with possibility of extension.
