HR Administrator – Kirby

The HR Administrator will have broad HR generalist responsibilities – recruitment, supporting training programs and succession planning; contributing to overall employee engagement activities within the business.

• Prepare monthly payroll and submitting it to relevant department for processing & ensuring strict adherence to the related SOP for deadlines & format of submission

• Manage recruitment activities including requisitions, interviews, soft skill assessment and talent pool development for key positions.

• Maintain and report HR data

• Help in defining job descriptions and alignments for all the roles

• Completion of centralized HR processes including 360, engagement and performance management objectives.

• Maintaining, reporting and analyzing HR data including leave balances.

• Play a leading role in employee engagement and Labor relations

• Coordinate government relations related tasks
