HR Business Partner – Commercial Bank of Kuwait

– Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

– Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

– Provide and follow up HR policy guidance to the business.

– Suggest development plan for the business.

– Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.

– Ensure legal compliance and adherence to company policy.

– Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.

– Acts as the member of the HR Management Team.

– Evolving the organizational structure and manpower of the internal client and proposes changes/ updates.

– Making sure that the recruitment process is being processed smoothly.

– Conducts meeting with respective business units when needed.

– Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.

– Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
