HR Executive – Marka PJSC
To support the HR Manager in providing a comprehensive and pro-active HR service which will include, but is not restricted to, an internal consultancy service on matters such as company policies, employee relations, staff development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and performance management ensuring the provision of quality service and consistency in the implementation of HR policies and procedures across all departments
• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on company policies and procedures
• Review probationary reviews for the team members as and when required
• Deal with transfers and promotions in line with manpower budgets
• Assist in the implementation of compensation and benefits strategy
• Support with managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness etc.
• Conduct exit interviews and carry out exit procedures, ensuring that staff members are correctly advised on formalities.
• Drive the internal vacancy process
• Get actively involved in staff welfare issues including employee assistance, industrial injuries, medical cases, employee counselling and grievances
• Carry out personalized induction procedures, ensuring that new joiners are appropriately and caringly inducted into the company’s administrative procedures to facilitate a smooth transition into the company and life in Dubai
• Assist in the performance management process
• Lead PDPs
• Participate in HR based projects and contribute towards developing new HR products, improved processes that will enable HR be more customer service orientated and progressive
