HR Manager – G4S Secure Solutions (Egypt) L.L.C

• Develops and implements HR policies and procedures in support of business needs and HR strategies
• Implements an ongoing training and consultation service to achieve successful structure development.
• Provides a high level of customer service to ensure that employees and new hires receive accurate, timely and appropriate information
• Establishes and maintains clear lines of communication and disseminates information to employees and managers in a timely manner
• Plans and implements a system of feedback and evaluation regarding the effectiveness of the department as perceived by the service users
• Conducts regular meetings to ascertain recruitment needs, trends and service delivery issues
• Manages recruitment, and administration process, to ensure correct workflow of information for rostering
• Supports change initiatives within the company on a project basis
• Monitors and audit compliance on regular basis to company policy and procedure
• Identifies areas of concern, deficiency and implement change procedures
• Ensures adequate succession planning to meet ongoing and anticipated business requirements
• Allocates resources appropriately to ensure operational demands are met
