HR supervisor – Anorka

Assists the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. assistant carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Relation, training and development, benefits, compensations, organization development, executives administration, and employment.
Duties, and Responsibilities
Assisting the vice president with HR matters, including reviewing and developing relevant Policies and Procedures and providing advice in relation to employee performance, in all departments.
Ensures compensation information and knowledge is current and appropriate to the business needs of the Corporation through participation in various salary, wage and benefit surveys.
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Advertises employee job openings first, internally, and then, externally, in keeping with company recruitment policies.
Manages the logistics of the recruiting process Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Creating and developing job description for all company employees with coordination with all departments Maintaining records of employee’s appraisal and job evaluation.
Maintaining all employees’ files.
Schedules participants into training sessions with the coordination of all departments.
Tracks participants and training records.
Enters training records into a database and maintains it. Administration and co-ordination of internal training programs.
Coordinating and administering the company training and development programs and liaise with external training source as required.
This includes providing support in relation to Health and Safety training records for employees To resolve any issues related to work to enhance the productivity and settling the conflicts if any by using excellent negotiating and persuasive skills Maintaining the accurate data and records of every employee related to his attendance, leaves and or performance Obtains VISAs and passports for employees needing to travel abroad.
