Inside Sales and Marketing Assistant – Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise

The position involves management of outbound and inbound leads: from opportunity evaluation /assignment to ALE’s business partners, to follow up till deal closure. The successful candidate will have good telephone skills and sales attitude, along with project management and administration skills. This will allow the individual to play a strong role in supporting ALE’s growth in the region.
This position is based in Dubai and will report to the Regional Marketing Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
– Leads management: Process Marketing Leads from available sources i.e. campaigns, events, enter new leads to SFDC, assign to business partners, monitor, record and report results
– Understand the regional partner landscape: Enabled with distribution and Second Tier knowledge to be able to pass the leads to certified partners and Second Tier Resellers for appropriate follow up
– Coordinate for inbound and outbound campaigns, events and other marketing activities to maintain and develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
– Report on metrics to clearly demonstrate lead management performance
