The on-track earnings for a sales executive in the first year are AED 300,000. Year 2 on-track earnings are AED 500,000+ noting that we have a 75% rebook or retention rate for our first-time customers. This is a position where you will build client relationships and develop accounts.
Our top account executive not in management last year made AED 600,000 in personal earnings. Proven sales managers are making AED 750,000+ a year.

What is the Job Role?
As a marcus evans sales executive, you will be responsible for building a client base by contacting top-level decision makers as well as cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with leading companies who are invested in growth. This is a solution-based sale where you will be offering pre-qualified one-on-one decision maker meetings within key industry verticals.
What is the Hardest Part of Any Sale?
1. Reaching the decision maker.
2. Developing a qualified lead.
3. Taking the time to meet that qualified prospect face to face. A marcus evans summit does all 3 guaranteeing that each meeting will be with the decision maker, must be pre-qualified to have budget and have interest in the solution being offered plus finally that the meetings are all organized at one place, one time. A proven business-to-business model that has existed for greater than 15 years, generated millions of Euros of new business sales success for our clients.
