IT Support

– Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of network, hardware, software, systems, CCTV, printers, scanners, cash counting machine and any ICT related equipment.
– Manage all ICT related equipment and end users issues.
– Provide technical support to employee in business outlets and head office.
– Keep up to date with IT related developments in the industry, in particular within the Middle East Region.
– Documents procedures for installation and users guide of any new hardware and software
– Responding to breakdowns
– Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
– Managing and monitoring of IT HELPDESK portal to monitor any reported issues
– Remote support for troubleshooting of system, network problems, diagnosing problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software, printers and any operating system faults.
– Ensure High Quality and Accuracy of supports
– Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
