Key Account Manager – Beyout Investment Group (BIG Holding)

– Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients/accounts.
– Develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients.
– Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
– Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
– Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
– Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
– Coordinates with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
– Keep records of client transactions.
– Representing client's interests by effectively identifying and communicating business goals and objectives, contractual and non-contractual expectations, deliverables, and other factors to internal team members.
– Scheduling and organizing client account calls, meetings, presentations and delivery of related materials and reports.
– Utilize analytics and other relevant data to identify key performance indicators, make data-driven decisions to drive business recommendations and to communicate client’s return on investment.
– Identifying and presenting opportunities for growth in the client relationship to internal and external.
