Learning and Development Officer – Tamer Group
• Scan training needs (if any) in coordination with managers to identify training needs.
• Draw up training plan, when required, by defining course type, collect requirements, define qualifications, if any, and define course implementation method.
• Manage training to empower employees development, succession planning and skills future requirements.
• Manage communication and training provision to guarantee balance between internal and external training courses and capacity availability.
• Coordinate the provision of training programs, including facilities, equipment’s and reservations.
• Participate in the design and conducting development and implementation activities to support talent identification, assessment, development and engagement
• Help and participate in the designing of assessment/development center
• Assist in developing and designing the annual training program.
• Participate in identify training and development needs
• Contact with Training Centers to conduct in-house or out-house trainings programs
• Continuously evaluate the performance and effectiveness of training provider
• Prepare reports on training effectiveness
