Learning & Development Specialist
Position Main Objective:
Help in Training & development process & work in a proactive way. And Support the Learning & development manager in different training programs
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Remain up to date on current training & development trends via networking, matrix communication and multimedia access
• Participating in orientation programs and HR specific training and other programs as required.
• Maintain standardization in training programs
• Work closely with trainers to develop suitable course content which help employees to improve their job skills
• Monitoring, measuring and reporting on staff training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales by using assessments, training evaluation feedback & through discussions with trainers & trainees.
• Ensure that systems & methods stated in Salehiya Concept documentation are implemented with regards to the area of responsibility
• Monitoring training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded & prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
• Create awareness among the employees about Salehiya’s HR policies & procedures
• Performs other duties and takes responsibilities as assigned.
