We are looking for a highly-motivated Office Manager to contribute to our consumer worldwide services. We build infrastructure networks across the world to connect customers to the cloud and the internet, we also build software applications to assist customers utilize their investments…
Specifically, we are looking for an exceptional person with great communication skills, very organized, and that has a minimum of 3 or 4 years of professional experience as an Office Manager for our Amman, Jordan office branch to fulfill the following duties:
• Managing office queries, logistics and bills;
• Ordering stationery and furniture;
• Dealing with correspondence and queries;
• Preparing office budgets and financial reports;
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems;
• Managing office HR Paperwork;
• Assisting the organization’s HR function in hiring;
• Assisting in Operations such as RFP Management and Support
