Operations Centre Manager – Injazat Data Systems

KEY ACCOUNTABLITIES
● An excellent operations center manager must be an organized, reliable and results-driven professional. They must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the “big picture” and make improvements. As an operations center manager, you must also have excellent customer service and communication skills
● Assist in the implementation of existing and the development of new and additional operational processes and standard operating procedures.
● Identify and recommend new service offerings and new innovative solutions to improve efficiencies and client satisfaction.
● Ensures service for existing new and additional business is implemented.
● Assist in the identification and on boarding of new call centre and ARC operators
● Ensures staffs are fully aware of their responsibilities.
● Monitor performance of the teams as a whole, directly manage the cluster leads to ensure their performance and management of their direct teams is being carried out.
● Ensure effective, regular and on-going communication with all staff.
● Promote the culture of Public Safety within the team.
