Operations Manager – Fashion Retail – Armada Retail Concept
1. Supervises and coordinates all activities relating to company-operated stores. Ensures a working environment with fair and equal treatment of all employees.
2. Works closely with Merchandising, Facilities, HR, Recruitment, IT and other groups to ensure all related retail programs are effectively and efficiently implemented in timely manner
3. Ensures Store Operations Manual (SOM) is kept current and that operational policy and procedures are adhered to. Works with appropriate personnel to establish and/or revise new policies and procedures that govern store employee expectations and company procedures. Has overnight in the development, implementation and maintenance of appropriate new-hire and on-going training programs in support of SOM and company policies and procedures.
4. Communicates implements and assists in the development of retail programs to achieve maximum growth and profit potential
5. Develops, overseas and participates in business review process. Coordinates and leads quarterly Retail Meeting.
6. Establishes short term and long term goals. Prepares budgets, forecasts and variance reports. Establishes and monitors expense controls as dictated by budget guidelines.
7. Assists in review and analysis of designated business processes and practices, to develop key strategic business partnerships in the market, identifies opportunities for improving overall company efficiency and performance.
