Operations Manager (Real Estate)

• Selling day to day Real-estate services to clients.
• Include cold calls to new prospects as a daily component of all sales strategies.
• Communicate all prospect and client activity to the organization top management.
• Communicate product or service issues, as related by prospective and existing clients, the organization top management.
• Abide by all organizational pricing policies.
• Submit a monthly sales summary to the organization top management, outlining the previous month’s business accomplishments and comparing them to the annual sales plan, summarizing the current month’s expected accomplishments, and identifying areas needing upper management direction.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to provide ongoing customer service and ensure client retention.
• Understand and be able to articulate the organization current and future product and service offerings.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness of the organization and its products and services, reaching out to audiences in the public, private and academic sectors.
• Work closely with the organization program staff to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of marketing efforts and to ensure needed follow-up.
• Establish and maintain a database of marketing contacts Provide recommendations to the organization top management regarding areas for new program development.
