Parts Consultant – Jaidah Group

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Jaidah Group for an experienced parts consultant to join our growing company. Joining a great team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts enquiries and problems, advising on the correct part needed and providing quotations within an allotted time period. Along with these key responsibilities you will also be required to liaise with other departments, providing them key information on parts as they require while also monitoring availability of certain parts and lost sales in inventory control.
Due to the nature of the role, in order to be successful you must have 2-3 years prior experience in the same role with high attention to detail. You should be familiar with Electronic Parts Catalog and have a general understanding of automotive systems. You should be confident in interacting with customers and answering customer queries effectively and efficiently. In return you will have the opportunity to work for one of the leading companies in Qatar and build your career up to the next level. Arabic skills are not essential however a high command of written, spoken and reading English is essential.
