PR & Communications Manager – AL ARGAN INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE COMPANY

Scope and Purpose
The Communications manager’s primary role is being the custodian of all internal communication and media/public relations activity. The incumbent in this role will create communication & media plans and implement communication activities, track and analyze their performance while ensuring that the overall branding and strategic objectives of the company are met.
Main Responsibilities
• Assist with the development and implementation of advertising campaigns, public relations plans and strategies
• Maintain liaison with local/regional media and monitor local/regional media
• Draft press releases and manage press conferences
• Develop and implement an internal and external publications program for ALARGAN (Interviews, reports…)
• Develop and initiate CSR programs that include community outreach programs;
• Develop and maintain Communications, public relations, publications and media policies & procedures;
• Assist Investor relations in communication through media channels and with stakeholders;
• Assist in creating the annual communications’ budget for the Company;
• Manage and organize Corporate events when needed;
• Maintain and update Corporate website contents, imagery and design;
• Develop the design and the contents of the internal and external Corporate Newsletters;
• Develop, Maintain and update the corporate profile and Corporate Publications;
• Develop social media strategies and plans
• Assist Project Companies in developing and implementing communications plans;
