Production Manager (Central Kitchen) – Zuhour Group

Menu planning and engineering
Controls food production yields and costs.
Develops new food presentations.
Establishes food standards for all outlets.
Develops standard recipes for all products produced in the CPU and for Restaurant menu items.
Ensures enforcement of Food Quality Standards uniformly throughout the restaurant system.
Plays a leading role in the mobilization of new outlets’ kitchen practices, QA and standards.
Assist the purchasing department in the selection of raw ingredients and materials.
Assist in creating Kitchen Operation Manuals
Checks all food items to ensure adequacy, consistency and quality at all times.
Plays a leading role in the development of all menu items, mixes, salads, condiments, sauces, and main ingredients using recipes, portions, and methods established by the Company.
Works together in a team oriented environment to produce foods that are tasty and profitable.
Assures proper rotation of all products, labeling, and waste control of all foods in inventory.
Reports any equipment maintenance, storage unit malfunctions or repairs needed.
Ensures timely dispatch of produced foods for outlets and catering.
