Project Manager – CEG International

Duties and Responsibilities :
– Responsible for the overall coordination of the entire project site supervision, contractual and technical team.
-Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
– Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
– Capable of controlling and managing the project team on the quality, stages and time frames.
– Monitor progress of works and carry out updating, planning and preparing progress reports as required.
– Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
– Mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
– Monitor invoicing, claims and payments. Review costs to complete and implications in respect of the program changes and variations.
