Projects Coordinator – Mezzan Holding

– Works with the manager for the development, integration and alignment of project plans, activities and tracking progress of all project initiatives.
– Contributes to the development of Key Performance Indicators and such other deliverables for existing and prospective projects.
– Ensures proper coordination and manages relevant correspondences among all concerned parties involving the assigned projects.
– Contributes to the development and facilitates SAP implementation as may be required, hence ensures proper data management and process integration.
– Monitors flow of projects and communicates in a regular basis on any issues and concerns that impact to the progression targets; Communicates ideas for improving processes that are relevant to the assigned projects.
– Handles follow-ups and monitors all agreed KPIs and deliverables, ensuring its timely and accurate compliance; Uses project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, timeline, budgets and expenditures;
– Coordinates work being performed by concerned parties in order to ensure strategic directions and targets are met.
– Facilitates application of Tenders and gathers all required supporting documents for compliance and control. This includes proper compilation or archiving of such relevant documentations.
– Identifies and recommends areas of improvement to maintain systems and operating procedures that support the delivery of required targets per project.
– Handles price canvassing for all items requested by Business Partner/Client; This includes analysing price trends and such relevant factors impacting the requisitions;
– Facilitates registration of companies and other relevant entities. Takes initiative in gathering relevant information, documentation and liaising activities among concerned individuals or groups.
– Prepares, generates, analyzes substantial reports and ensures that all required project documentations are maintained.
– Produces, compiles, and disseminates project related information and reports among identified parties, as necessary.
– Performs other duties as may be assigned.
