Property Services Assistant – SNC LAVALIN O&M

• Investigate and implement service requests received by the client and maintain a service request tracking system.
• Oversee project work and report any discrepancies to the Facility Manager.
• Develop a working knowledge of client work processes, workplace culture and policies essential for effective tenant service delivery.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Given the nature of the work, day-to-day decision making and client interaction have high client visibility and will impact directly on client satisfaction.
• Manage the booking of playgrounds, courts halls etc..
• Monitor the helpdesk work orders to ensure they are closed out within the appropriate response and rectification times
• Escalate any emerging risk or service failures to immediate line manager
•Enforce implementation of SOPs and all forms and documents
•Supervise team and subcontractor performance against contract deliverables
Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports
