Purchase Coordinator – GLA Property Management

3. Administer the purchase process from inception to conclusion including searching, obtaining quotations, analyzing information, preparing comparison statements, getting internal buy-in, placing orders, documentation including PO’s/ LC’s/ Customs/ Local Government requirements, tracking orders, releasing shipments, taking deliveries, checking for quality and closing the purchase.
4. Maintain an effective MIS to keep Senior Management and Department Heads informed on budgets, status on procurements and deliveries and variances.
5. Support Departments in their purchase requirements and inventory control.
6. Support the Purchase In-Charge in presenting new ideas/ products / technologies to Departments to improve quality of operations and of reduce costs
