Receptionist – ALHAYAT MEDICAL CENTER

•Appropriately receiving patients, welcoming, answering questions, and making waiting time as pleasant as possible.
• Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office
• Receiving daily emails, mail, and deliveries, directing them to appropriate parties
• Direct patients to the appropriate person and office
• Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls; answering questions warmly, accurately, and efficiently on phone calls
• Providing the proper information to all patient queries, making appointments, explaining financial requirements, and walking patients through necessary steps, with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Ensuring all basic rules and procedures of center are carried out within the reception area
• Maintain calendars, appointments, and schedule meetings
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
• Explains financial requirements to the patients, with full knowledge of insurance criteria and benefits
