Receptionist/Admin – The Escape Hunt Experience
Organize and create an effective business support service for administrative procedures, ensuring that accuracy and timeliness are the key priorities. • Answering the calls in a professional manner and routing the calls accordingly • Deal with all administrative, post and telephony duties as required. • Act as a central point of contact for staff regarding general queries. Liaise with central support functions for advice and guidance • Promote an efficient and professional image to all customers, both internal and external at all times. • In addition to the above mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined. The job involves a lot of structure as there are set of tasks to work through on a daily basis. • Coordinating with the sales team on a daily basis. Collecting the booking form and other documents with payment and updating them as in when received. • Maintaining files of all documents to keep as a future record. • To keep updating the Receivables by the clients. • Keeping a record of candidate details, regular follow up and feedback on the course attended by them
