Responsible for the monitoring and improvement of the recruitment process in the organization. The specialist evaluates different recruitment channels and sources and their performance for particular job positions.
The recruitment specialist investigates opportunities for the introduction of new recruitment vendors, monitors expenditures per vendor and the job vacancy. The specialist recommends best performing recruitment agencies and channels to be used. The optimization of the recruitment budget is another focus.
The specialist should introduce the lean recruitment process, which eliminates most recruitment process steps.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate lists of current jobs titles and current vacancies within the organization to be able to achieve the annual man power plan.
Advertise all vacancies to achieve annual man power plan
Create recruitment channels, and maintain regular contact with external advertising and recruitment agencies to support the recruitment process.
Conduct HR interview and screen resumes for suitability against the key attributes required for the vacant position
Update and maintain non-technical tests to match each position requirement
Carry out all administrative arrangements, including arranging tests and providing suitable arrangements for technical interview with concerned parties.
Update and maintain/categorize candidate’s application forms (soft and hard copies) in order to have efficient pool of candidates.
Analyze the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements
