Regional Projects & Export Department Manager

• Achieve regional sales objectives, recommends strategic plans, prepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, completing audits, identifying trends, determining regional sales improvements, implement change
• Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions
• Organise exhibitions within different branches and markets. Participates in sales events (Trade Shows, Exhibitions, etc)
• Manage all phases the B2B sales cycle
• Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques
• Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers in person, follow up on leads generated by marketing activities via telephone calls and emails. Identifying new customer opportunities, conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
• Regularly reviews current customer accounts for new sales opportunities.
• Arranges meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business. Acts as the B2B contact between the company and its customers, partners and vendors
